However, Ashleigh is still fighting for full custody of her son, saying that she only signed off on the custody arrangements because her attorney didn’t specify all the details. Since then, she has been fighting for her son’s custody. According to some sources, Lee filed a motion to suspend Ahsleigh’s visits and transfer regarding Atlas.

On the other hand, Evans filed a countermotion saying she needed temporary and permanent custody of Atlas. In the motion, she included medical negligence on the father’s part. It was written,

“The Defendant [Lee] has not provided proper care for his minor child and the minor child is undergoing serious health issues that have been confirmed time and time again by physicians in North Carolina.

Instead of addressing the issues, the Defendant [Ashleigh] filed this Motion to suspend Plaintiff’s visitation and ignored the North Carolina physicians and has grossly failed in his care of the minor child while continuing to attack the Plaintiff.”
