If you are a Born Racer and love fast cars and bikes, then Antoine Rizkallah Kannan Filho, aka Tony Kanaan, should not be a new name. Tony is a Brazilian racing driver, often referred to as Brazilian Iron Man.  

Tony Kanaan is the 1st child of their father, Antoine Rizkallah Kanaan, and mother, Miriam Kanaan. His father has a firm, and his mother used to help him both at home and the firm.

After racing for Indy Lights for five years, he debuted to Verizon Indy Car Series, driving for the Mo Nunn Racing. Then, in 2003, he switched to Andretti Green Racing, where he drove until 2009. He won the Championship in 2004.

In the same year, 2004, he became the first Indy car driver to complete every lap of every race during a season. The breaking point of his career came in 2013 when he won the Indianapolis 500 after many years of near misses and bad luck. Then in 2015, the 24 Hours of Daytona. 

He appeared in the 2001 film “Driven” as himself. In the scene, several drivers prepare for the final race of the season in Detroit. The Television series IndyCar 36 was about Kanaan’s Weekend leading up to the 2012 Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.

Kannan has been married twice and has four children altogether. He married Daniela Muniz Loiola as his first wife a long time ago.

They had a son named Leo. He then married Lauren Bohlander on 8th March 2013. The couple welcomed their son Deco in December 2014. They had their second son, Max, in 2017 and daughter Nina in 2018. 

Tony, along with his wife and four children, lives in South Florida. Tony is an active Social media user.

He keeps posting photos of his children and outings. Alongside being a professional racer, he has become a responsible father to his children as both parents are busy with their professional lives but are managing pretty much time to spend with their children.

In his Racing Career of more than two decades, Tony has become a successful racer and an example. Tony’s net worth is estimated to be $20 Million. He was awarded $2.5 Million as the prize for winning the title of Indianapolis 2013. Tony owns a house worth $1.5 Million. 

NASCAR Xfinity Series offered him a deal of $8 Million, but he did not hold to it. The Brazilian professional racing driver has been earning a huge sum of money through his career in the racing industry.
