The golfer was suspended from his PGA Tour show on May 30, 2019, after disparaging comments to LPGA, which he regarded as racist and sexist. Just a day before talking about the United States Women’s Open Championship, Hank said he had no idea about the player on the LGPA tour. More to that, he disparaged the U.S. Senior Women’s Open.

Later, Tiger Woods and Hank have a mini-war of words after Woods’s statement about his coach,

“Obviously said what he meant, and he got what he deserved.”

Haney, responding to his comment, asked him if he had ever heard any racist or sexist remarks during the coaching of 6 years, so why was he sure that Hank meant what he said?

Professional Career

Haney started his professional TV career on the Golf Channel’s The Haney Project: Charles Barkley with Charles Barkley in 2008. The show was an instant hit and continued for many seasons, and he interviewed many known personalities from the sports world.
