Juan Rivera was wrongfully convicted three times for the murder of 11-year-old girl Holly Staker. On October 26, detectives questioned Rivera for four days while denying any knowledge of the crime.

Even though he was arrested, no physical evidence from the scene, including fingerprints, skin fragments, blood, and hair, linked him to the crime. He was released from prison after serving 20 years.
