Jimmy Kimmel was born November 13, 1967, in Brooklyn, Newyork, USA, and was the eldest of three children, Joan and James. His parents are from Italy who migrated to the USA when he was 9 years old.
Jimmy graduated from Ed Clark High school and attended the University of Nevada for a year, Arizona university, for 2 years before dropping out to pursue his career in Radio.

While in high school, Kimmel began working in the radio industry, hosting a Sunday night interview show on UNLV college station. In 1969 landed his first paying job alongside Voss as co-host of the ‘me and him’ K2K Km in Seattle. Later he started his own show KCMJ in Palm spiring, California along with his friend. He was known as ‘Jimmy the sports guy when he worked for Kevin and Bean’s morning show and quickly got popular in the tv industry due to his witty and funny reaction.
Later began his Television career as Ben stein on the money game show with Beinstein’s money which aired in 1997.
